“Duman” Hotel Complex is located in administrative part of Astana, 15 km away from International Airport. There are 213 comfortable rooms, Restaurants, Bars, Conference – halls, our own Cinema and Bowling, Exhibition hall, Night Club, Billiard, Table – Tennis, Trade Passage and Fitness Centre in our Hotel.
Hotel offers 213 rooms, 168 of them are Standard rooms, 30 Deluxe rooms with one bedroom, 13 Executive rooms with two bedrooms and 2 Presidential Suites. Each room is provided with high – speed access to Internet, mini – bar and personal air – conditioning system. There is a safe in Deluxe rooms.
3 Bars and 2 Restaurants of National and European cuisine are located in the “Duman” Hotel complex territory. Banquet halls are perfectly suitable for holding different ceremonies.

Hotel check in time is 2 p.m. and check out time is 12:00 noon.
Late checkout is acceptable until 18:00 for an additional fee.
According to local legislation all payments must be done in local currency (Tenge) using the current exchange rate as set by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
